To recharge our team, deepen collaboration, and celebrate our shared mission of protection, we organized a memorable 4-day cultural team-building trip to Xi’an, China—an ancient capital of history and tradition—from March 6 to 9, 2026.

Departure & First Steps in Xi’an

Our journey began at 06:55 on March 6, as the Iboate team departed Chengdu East Railway Station, arriving at Xi’an North Station at 10:05 after a 3-hour and 10-minute ride. After checking into our accommodation near the iconic Bell and Drum Tower, we enjoyed a hearty local lunch to fuel our exploration, setting the tone for a trip that balanced relaxation, cultural discovery, and team bonding.

Day 1: Walking Xi’an’s Historic Streets

On our first full day, we immersed ourselves in Xi’an’s urban heritage: visiting the Bell and Drum Tower, walking the ancient city wall, exploring the bustling Huimin Street, and admiring the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. Strolling the centuries-old city wall, we drew a powerful parallel to our PPE mission—just as this sturdy structure once protected the city, our products stand as a first line of defense for workers across industries. As evening fell, we dined on authentic Shaanxi cuisine before experiencing the luminous Tang Paradise or immersive "Chang’an 12 Hours" attraction, ending the day with the breathtaking night views of the Bell and Drum Tower and city wall.

Day 2: Delving into China’s Historical Legacy

March 7 was dedicated to deepening our connection to China’s rich past. In the morning, we visited the world-famous Terracotta Army, marveling at the meticulous craftsmanship and scale of this ancient wonder—an inspiration for our own dedication to precision and quality in PPE manufacturing. In the afternoon, we explored the Shaanxi History Museum (tickets pre-booked via the official platform, released 5 days in advance) or Xi’an History Museum, tracing thousands of years of Chinese civilization. That evening, some team members wandered the ancient city streets, while others enjoyed the spectacular Song of Everlasting Sorrow performance—a vivid reminder of storytelling and heritage that mirrors our work to communicate the value of safety to our global clients.

Day 3: Conquering Huashan Mountain—Teamwork in Action

Our most adventurous day came on March 8, with a one-day trek to Huashan Mountain. Scaling its steep paths and breathtaking peaks, our team supported one another every step of the way: sharing supplies, offering encouragement, and navigating challenges together. This mountain adventure was a living metaphor for Iboate’s ethos: just as we rely on each other to reach new heights, our PPE solutions are designed to stand together, protecting workers from harm in even the toughest environments. The panoramic views from the summit were a well-earned reward, symbolizing the strength of our collective effort.

Day 4: Leisure & Return to Our Mission

On March 9, we enjoyed a flexible morning, with team members revisiting favorite spots or discovering new corners of Xi’an before a final group lunch. At 14:24, we departed Xi’an North Station, arriving back in Chengdu at 17:58 after a 3-hour and 34-minute journey, carrying with us new memories and a renewed sense of unity.

This Xi’an trip was more than a vacation—it was an opportunity to strengthen the bonds that make Iboate a trusted name in PPE.
